FROM THE SOUTH:
Take I-295 North to Exit 28 Coastal Route/U.S. 1/Bath. Go approximately 1.7 miles to the traffic light and take a right onto Church Road. The entrance to Region 10 is .25 miles on your right.
FROM THE NORTH:
Take I-295 South to Exit 31B ME-196 West. Follow ME-196W to Intersection of ME-196/ME-201 and take a right onto ME-201-South. You will cross a green bridge that takes you into Brunswick. You will take your first right onto Cabot Street. This quickly merges with US Rt. 1 South. Follow US Rt. 1 to the traffic light and turn left onto Church Road. The entrance to Region 10 is .25 miles on your right.
FROM COASTAL US RT. 1:
Take US Rt. 1 South into Brunswick to the traffic light and turn left onto Church Road. The entrance to Region 10 is .25 miles on your right.
